On motion of Jas F. McBrearty the Presidnet was requested to appoint a committee of three to draft a Constitution and by laws for adoption at the next meeting of the society.

In accordance with said request the President appointed the following gentlemen said committee

On motion of Owen Daily the meeting adjourned until Sunday Jan 7^th 1866 at 2 O’Clock P.M.

Pursuant to adjournment a meeting of th friends of the society was held at the residence of Rev. Father Berry. The minutes of the former meeting was read and on motion adopted.
