On motion Mr. John Galvin was proposed for membership and unanimously elected. On Motion Mr. John Dunigan was proposed for membership and unanimously elected. On Motion Mr. Michael Glenn was proposed for membership and unanimously elected. On Motion of Jas F. McBrearty. It was resolved that the President be authorized to have the Constitution and by laws printed and the necessary funds are hereby appropriated for that purpose. On Motion Mr. Patrick Fox was admitted to honorary membership in this society. On Motion Revd Father Gallagher of St. Louis was unanimously elected to honorary membership in this society. On motion Revd Thomas Burke of St. Louis was unanimously elected to honorary membership in this society. On Motion the President was requested to appoint a committee of three to value the books belonging to the library. Mr. Henry Golden, Matthew Lynch and Dennis Whalen were appointed said committee. On Motion the meeting adjourned. F. W. Bowles, Secy Amendments, Treasurer to pay money only on the order of the secretary countersigned by the President. President to countersign all money orders issued by the secretary. Secretary to draw upon the Treasurer for all moneys appropriated by the society. President to appoint an auditing committee to examine the books and accounts of all officers and report upon the same before they are turned over to their successors in office.
