on motion the Society adjourned to meet at the residence of the Rev. F. Berry on Saturday evening the fifteenth inst at Six o clock P. M.

The society met pursuant to adjournment it being the regular monthly meeting. 

The President and Vice President being absent Rev. Father E. Berry was chosen chairman protem the minutes of the proceeding meeting were then read and adopted, roll called and dues collected, on motion the Secty. was requested to write to P. Donahoe of Boston Mass. for a catalogue of his publications and also his terms to libraries after some little discussion on motion the society adjourned to meet on the third of Feb.

Feb. 3 1867.

The Society met pursuant to adjournment Mr. President in the chair. Roll called and dues collected the secty. having been requested at a previous meetinf to write to Mr. P. Donahoe in regard to books for the library made his report and also presented a catalogue of publications, and also the terms upon which books could be furnished, the same being satisfactorlly recieved, on motion the sum of sixty-dollars was then voted from the funds of the society for the purpose of purchasing books on motion a committee of three was then appointed by the chair for the purpose of selecting and purchasing said books the gentlemen appointed were Rev. Father Berry, F. W. Bowles & Jno. P. Glasmier.

On motion the following gentlemen became members of the society. Jackson Mure, Patrick McNamee James Brennen & Micheal McNamee.

On motion Mr. F. W. Bowls became a member again of the society.
